About some of the new features:

MS Speech Platform 11 support is now included which provides an alternative to the standard Windows Speech Recognition along with a larger variety of supported languages.  Enabling this option is done from within the library settings and is saved with the library file.  To function, the runtime assembly must be installed along with one or more language packs.  Downloads and more information can be found here:

Special outputs for direct 1-to-1 key binding enable a key command to link directly with the output so that the output is pressed (or transmitting its value for analog) while the command is active, and released (or value set to 0) when the command is inactive.  It is no longer necessary to bind separate key commands to individual down/up directions in order to achieve 1-to-1 binding and eliminates the problems with tracking key-up events on multi-key/multi-press commands.  For example, it is possible with these to have a single button function as both a mouse left-click with a single press, and as a right-click with a double click.  They can also be added to voice commands where they function as a regular full keypress (down/up) sequence.  These special outputs also support setting conditions.
