FoxVox Update v3.5.6

Changelog:

• Fix problem with confidence levels during phrase building taking precedence over final grammar
• Fix inability to drag & drop into empty command group list areas

This update fixes a problem where accurately recognized speech results in a command not found message.  As usual, updates/fixes to speech recognition such as this are always recommended for best results.
