FoxVox Update v1.8

First, a big thanks to all those who have supported my work which has motivated me to keep updating this app.  If you like FoxVox, please rate it so that others will be able to find it, and as always feel free to share!  I hope you enjoy the new look.

• Removed dependency on the .Net Framework
• Added portable installation files along with msi installer (portable will not register file associations)
• Added Dark Mode and color customization
• Revised visuals to better match theme
• Added ability to import various values and settings from other libraries
• Added independent & overridable Global Delay values for both keyboard and mouse virtual inputs
• Added ability to cascade output changes throughout the library
• Added search box to outputs bin
• Added resize-ability to log screen
• Updated tray menu and changed it to always on
• Added sound playback to use registered shell app when WMP is not present
• Fixed a few minor bugs & UI nuances

This update preserves the functionality of the app but provides some significant enhancements visually, functionally, and under the hood as well. The download size has grown, but the app in truth is actually smaller - just keep in mind it is now bundled with all the dependencies and is no longer framework dependent. I highly recommend updating to this latest version.
