PTT/PTM had a few bugs that needed to be worked out. Getting it to work is a lot trickier than it may appear on the surface as button presses rarely correspond perfectly to the exact moment of speech recognition so timed capture is required to make it work smoothly and "feel" right. Also, with FoxVox's ability to handle PTT globally or on individual commands as well as support Push-to-Mute, key isolation, and toggling, the capture becomes even more difficult. In this update I addressed the bugs and quirks that needed to be fixed for accurate and smooth PTT/PTM performance.

This update remains backwards compatible with all libraries.
