v1.4 Changelog

• Added new 'Isolate' ability to Push-to-Talk functionality.  With the isolate option enabled on a Push-to-Talk definition, any extra buttons pressed will prevent execution of the command.  Normally extra button presses are allowed as long as all the required PTT buttons are also pressed.  This setting adds isolation ability to prevent accidental engagement when using the same buttons across many PTT groups.

Example: Group A PTT requires both buttons 1 & 2 to be pressed together.  Group B PTT requires only button 2.  Pressing buttons 1 & 2 will activate PTT for both groups using the default behavior.  Enabling 'Isolate' on Group B PTT will now prevent it from being included in the recognition when both buttons are pressed together.  Only button 2 can be pressed to engage Group B.

• Allow PTT verification to show on UI while speech recognition is disabled.
• Updated log window to better indicate PTT blocking.
• Minor enhancements to the speech recognition processing.
• Minor optimizations to code processing.
