v1.2 Changelog

• Added support to specify culture language.  Speech recognition engine culture can be specified allowing for better multilingual support(*).  This also allows fixes the error arising when default speech recognition engine culture does not match the UI culture.

• Added ability to open a file or run a program or script by specifying the new Run parameter in an output command, and yes, multiple output commands are supported :-)

• Added the ability to dynamically change to a new library file by specifying the library  file (.fvx ) as the run parameter in an output command.

* NOTE:  Windows 10 supports different kinds of speech recognition.  FoxVox uses the System.Speech namespace for recognition.  Only languages that are installed into the <Install Drive>:\Windows\Speech\Engines\SR folder and registered under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Speech\Recognizers\Tokens in the Registry can be used for speech recognition with FoxVox.
