FoxVox Update v1.1

FoxVox is improving!  This release brings about better joystick/device recognition along with enhanced Push-to-Talk functionality.  Push-to-Talk is supported on individual command groups now and can be used as a group identifier along with Voice Keys.  All past functionality is still preserved but now with more flexibility.

• Added support for multiple simultaneous HID devices & device identification.
• Expanded Push-to-Talk to allow for PTT setup on individual command groups as well as maintaining support for global PTT setting.
• Allow PTT to function as a command group identifier in conjunction with Voice Key.
• Revised voice recognition algorithms to support new PTT enhancements.
