FoxVoxParser.dll Version Announcement

The current version of the FoxVoxParser.dll is v1.2, however v1.1 was accidentally included in the BMS library.  It has been updated to include the right one, but if you experience any issues with the plugin, make sure you have the latest v1.2.  You can check which version you have by right clicking on the dll file, selecting properties, and verifying the file version on the details tab.  Also the file date should be 2/18/24.
