Included with the library are all the assets.   I have also provided a customized compilation of F4SharedMem.dll which exposes the individual bit values for easier binding, but is otherwise unchanged.  The library does make use of the individual bit elements in some areas, so if you use other versions of F4SharedMem.dll, you will need to update some of the conditional statements in the library.
